How credits work
Every conversation with Pine uses thinking credits (for AI reasoning) and action credits (for tools like email, calendar, and web search). A typical task uses about 20 credits total between thinking and actions.
Simpler tasks (quick lookups, translations) cost less. Complex tasks with browsing or phone calls use more. Phone and browser time are tracked separately in minutes.
Parallel tasks
Pine can work on multiple tasks at the same time — for example, sending an email while simultaneously researching flights and scheduling a meeting. Higher plans let your team run more tasks in parallel, so no one has to wait.
